How Much Does A Property Video Cost?

How Long Will A Videographer Record?
It’s important to note that our videographers all have a minimum of 10 years of broadcast television and/or digital video production experience. We are able to keep costs low because we understand what to shoot and how to expedite. You have homes to sell and we have stories to produce. Once you connect via e-mail, a local videographer will reply to craft a custom estimate that includes where, when and what you’d like to shoot. For this promotion, a videographer will spend a maximum of half hour recording video for a 30 second promo or 15 minutes to shoot a 15 second promo. For a 15 second promo, the videographer would likely film the kitchen, living room, and one other room. For a 30 second promo, a videographer may film the kitchen, living room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and an exterior of the home. Our clients do not receive the raw footage. We deliver quick montage videos via Dropbox. We would be happy to give you a free and custom estimate on a larger project.
